After emperor Qin died a huge shrine was built in memory of him. In this shrine a giant terracotta army was found by archaeologists in the 1900's. These were said to protect and serve emperor Qin in the afterlife.

These are Ban Liang coins. These were introduced when emperor Qin created a system of money. These were to be used in the whole country.
