Picture Collage
This is an image of the Great wall of China. It was built
during the Qin dynasty under emperor Qin's rule. He had this built to protect
the people from the Mongol invasions. The wall was worked on for over 1700
years and is 3700 miles long.
After emperor Qin
died a huge shrine was built in memory of him. In this shrine a giant terracotta
army was found by archaeologists in the 1900's. These were said to protect and
serve emperor Qin in the afterlife.
These are Ban Liang coins. These
were introduced when emperor Qin created a system of money. These were to be
used in the whole country.
This is a picture of emperor Qin. He was the ruler of
china during the Qin dynasty time. Emperor Qin was a legalist and believed
everyone was selfish. During his rule
he had the Great Wall of China built and changed many other things.
This is a picture of a carriage that was dug from Qin Shi Huangdi's grave. It is very detailed and neat. It is said to have taken the emperor to the afterlife or to take him around in the afterlife.
